Antioxidants are chemicals that help your body combat free radicals. In other words, Antioxidants are chemicals that can help your cells by neutralizing free radicals, which are unstable molecules that can harm them.

Free radicals are chemicals that might damage your body if their quantities become too high. They’ve been linked to diabetes, heart disease, and cancer, to name a few.
